申込（もうしこみ）用紙（ようし）は受付（うけつけ）にありますから、それに名前（なまえ）と学生（がくせい）番号（ばんごう）、連絡先（れんらくさき）を書（か）いて、学生証（がくせいしょう）といっしょに出（だ）してください。
Registration forms are at the reception desk, so fill in your name, student ID and contact information and submit them with your student card.
参加費（さんかひ）の５００円（えん）は工場（こうじょう）ではらえばいいです。
