Easy to confuse with ~向け (for/aimed at). ~向き means “suitable for a target/purpose”, emphasizing suitability. Often used to assess suitability. Examples: 初心者向き, 子ども向き. Not necessarily a product made specifically for the audience; if produced to serve a target (marketing orientation) use ~向け.
