小さいとき、いなかに 住んでいました。
When I was small, I lived in the countryside.
学校が 遠くて たいへんでしたが、よく、学校から 帰るときに 友だちと 野原を 走ったり、川で 泳いだりしました。
School was far and it was difficult, but often on the way home from school I would run through the fields with my friends and swim in the river.
家に おそく 帰ってくるので、母は おこりましたが、あの ころは、とても 楽しかったです。
My mother would get angry because I came home late, but those days were very fun.
今は、大きな 町の 会社で 働いています。
Now I work at a company in a big town.
野原や 川は ありませんが、お店が たくさん あります。
There are no fields or rivers, but there are many shops.
買い物は 便利です。
Shopping is convenient.
母が 病気になった ので、来月から いっしょに 住みます。

ここは、病気が 近いですから、母にも 便利です。
Because there is a hospital nearby, it's convenient for my mother.
でも、わたしは、また 野原や 川で 遊びたいです。
