Examples

I want to research school education in the Meiji period.
Note
1) Easily confused with ~で (at/in). → ~において is more formal, used in writing, news, and announcements.2) Used for contexts 'at/in/in the aspect of'. → Not only places but also 'in a field/event'.3) Not suitable for casual speech. → In conversation ~で sounds more natural.
