「~たて」expresses the state immediately after an action has just been completed. This pattern often suggests freshness, newness, or limited experience.

「XながらY」is a structure that combines two clauses「X」and「Y」contrary to the prediction/expectation that 「Xならば普通はYない」and expresses a contrastive relationship meaning 「Although X, Y」. In the X clause it will be the ている form of action verbs, stative verbs, or the ない form.
① あの人は、医者でありながら、健康に悪そうなものばかり食べている。
Although he is a doctor, he eats only things that seem bad for his health.
② 先生は、事件のことを知っていながら、何も言わなかった。
The teacher, despite knowing about the incident, did not say anything.
③ 甘いものはいけないと思いながら、目の前にあると食べてしまうんです。
Even though I think sweets are bad, when they are placed in front of me I end up eating them.
Use the expression 「ながらも」 to emphasize combinations that are uncommon.

「つまり」combined with the sentence-final structure「…ということだ」to express a summary of an explanation in an easy-to-understand way.
① この大学の学生は約1万人で、うち留学生は約1,000人である。つまり、1割は留学生ということです。
This university has about 10,000 students, of which international students number about 1,000. In other words, 10 percent of the students are international students.
② 休暇は1年に12日あります。つまり、1か月に1日は休めるということです。
There are 12 days of vacation per year. That means you can take one day off per month.
③ 僕の父と太郎のお父さんは兄弟だ。つまり、僕と太郎はいこと同士ってことだ。
My father and Taro's father are brothers. In other words, Taro and I are cousins.
To provide an additional explanation, you can also use other words to restate a word or sentence.
